SSW Employment Process – Step by Step

1️⃣ Candidate Document Collection: CV (English & Japanese), Passport (valid minimum 6 months), Academic certificates
2️⃣ Taidia Interview – Language & Communication Test: Basic Japanese ability, Job understanding, Readiness for overseas work
3️⃣ Japanese Partner Interview (Ando Japan): Reliability & attitude assessment, Suitability for Japanese employers
4️⃣ SSW Certificate Consideration: Some employers may interview without certificate, Most employers require SSW certification before selection
5️⃣ Final Client Interview & Selection: Interview with Japanese employer, Employment Agreement / Offer Letter issued
6️⃣ COE (Certificate of Eligibility) Application: Initiated by Japan-side organization, Includes health check, employment conditions, SSW support plan, pre-departure orientation, and compliance verification
7️⃣ COE Issuance: Issued by Japanese Immigration after verification
8️⃣ SSW Visa Application (India): Candidate applies at Japanese Embassy / Consulate in India
9️⃣ Departure & Job Start in Japan: Final orientation by Taidia, Travel coordination and employer handover
